Your customer service department is really wonderful. I ordered a handbag and received an e-mail that it was currently out of stock. I was disappointed but the girl on the phone took the time to help me find another handbag that was a great substitute. I also appreciate the fact that she e-mailed me when it came back in stock to see if I wanted to order it. Although at first I was upset because I had my heart set on the first bag the great help she gave me more then made up for it and I really like the handbag I did get.

Normally I don't take the time to make comments on websites but I just had to. You guys were great. I was looking for jewelry to wear to Oaks and Derby and someone gave me your website from a show they saw you at. You have no idea how happy I was to find the pieces I was looking for and the prices were WAY BETTER than the prices I saw at some of the local shops. Because your prices were lower I was able to buy several pieces. Also everyone was asking me where did I buy them at and I gave them your website information so I’m sure next Derby you guys will be busy. I was not only able to get my jewelry from your shop but my handbag as well. Now if only you sold hats and clothes. Seriously thank you so much and your live chat worked out great when I had questions prior to ordering. I will be doing my Christmas shopping with your company.

Okay its official you guys are my favorite site. I ordered a couple of your handbags and the UK sandals you have and I LOVE THEM. Just an FYI the sandals run a size bigger. I got my order prompt and I saw some jewelry that I am going to hint to my husband to buy me for my birthday. No question I will pass site on to family and friends or maybe I'll keep it to myself :)

I have to admit I was quite impressed when I received the handbags I had ordered. I was not sure what the quality would be like and they are awesome and the price you just can't beat. I love the handbags that I ordered and the U of L Jewelry. I can't say enough how much I really love my Fleur De Lis handbag. I have had more comments about that bag then anything else. I went to New Orleans one year and wanted to buy one but they were way to expensive. Your prices on these bags are great.
