Shipping- At this time shipping is only available in the U.S. We ship all orders via USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any merchandise shipped can be insured for an extra charge up to $200.00 through USPS. Manufacturing Defective and errors in shipping: All returns have to be made within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately should you receive any defective merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Exchange Policy: Factory damaged item(s) need to be returned within 10 days. We will issue store credit to your account and waive the restocking fee for exchanges. Item(s) must be in satisfactory condition for resale, which includes: Unused and in their original plastic bags. Items must be returned within 10 days.

Any merchandise that is returned must have a return authorization number that is issued by Girlfriends Gift Shop Returns Department. To obtain a return authorization number, please email us at customerservice@girlfriendsgiftshopky.com. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package when it is sent to Girlfriends Gift Shop. Any packages received without a return authorization number written on the package will be declined.

If an item is listed as out of stock, am I out of luck? top
Absolutely not! Please check back with us and e-mail us if you see an item you want that is out of stock and we will notified you when it become available.
